Applications and enquiries

We collect the name, email address, role and optional information you submit, along with submission dates, application status and email processing status. We use these details to review applications, respond to enquiries and follow up on your request. We rely on our legitimate interest in handling requests you choose to send us.

Launch news is optional

Membership applications and partnership enquiries do not automatically subscribe you to marketing. If you separately request launch news, we use your consent and ask you to confirm your email. You can unsubscribe through the link in those emails.

Storage and email

Application records are stored through our website hosting services, including OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare. When connected, Brevo processes confirmation and application emails on our behalf. These providers may process data outside the EEA under their applicable transfer safeguards. We do not sell your details.

Private application links

Your status link gives access to your application and follow-up form. Keep it private. Recommendations are applicant supplied; we do not contact other people or subscribe them because you name them.

Retention and your choices

We keep applications while we evaluate them and arrange relevant follow-up. We review inactive enquiries for deletion within 12 months of the last interaction, unless there is an ongoing relationship or a legal reason to retain them. You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability where applicable, object to processing based on legitimate interests, or withdraw marketing consent by emailing the privacy contact above. You can also complain to Sweden’s privacy authority, IMY.
